Having a will in place will give me peace of mind as far as my little son is concerned – knowing he is being taken care of by the right people I trust and all that good stuff is VERY important to me.

Like it or not, leaving a will is not about your mortality, but rather securing the financial welfare of those who remain behind after you are gone. For this reason I am all about creating a will for my family (although I haven’t done so yet).
