I’ve been vlogging about this topic every week in June with videos on how 2013 has gone so far  and setting goals for the end of 2013.

  1. Hey girl, thanks for stopping by!! And yes, I do reward myself for accomplishing goals. Right now, I’m training for another half marathon and I reward myself every week with something small: a piece of chocolate, some time in the sauna, some new makeup, or some new clothes/ jewelry. Anything that motivates me to keep training and keep sticking to my plan is a good thing, even though I know the “BIG” reward will come in about 4 months when I cross that finish line!!! Good luck to you!! 🙂

  2. i kind of do reward myself for accomplishing goals. i think it’s good for us to do

  3. You know, I really should, but I don’t. I just set new goals. It’s funny, because I’ve given this advice in articles before! I can give pretty good advice to others, but stink at following it myself.

  4. You are brave. I dont know if I ha bc e the gutts to do a vblog. Msybe its a goal to work towards. You on the other hand are aamazing

  5. I always reward myself when I accomplish a goal. It really helps me to reinforce the good behavior even in myself. I just try to not use food as the reward.

  6. I reward myself for my goals, but the rewards usually help to set me up for success on my next goal.

  7. Hmmmm… sometimes. Guess I should more often!!
