Fitness Friday Check-in
I’m pretty sure I weigh more now than I did six weeks after I gave birth to A.J.
Breastfeeding really helped me burn calories, but I wasn’t nearly as active as I should have been. It took me a few months to find friends to hang out with. So I spent a lot of time at home – eating and sitting around – so I gained weight that I’m still trying to lose.
How do you cope with stress? Are you an emotional eater?
