COVID-19 shook up the big plans for Amazon’s Prime Day which moved its two days …

  1. Wow, thanks for this post. I will be contacting Thommi for a session. Girl, I am tired of going up and down with my weight. Thanks for sharing her services.

    • You’re welcome. I feel the same way about up & down. I lost my baby weight right away with breastfeeding, but I didn’t exercise so I got flabby. Now I’m back to hitting the gym, especially weights to tone up.

  2. We all have bad eating habits. Mine would be not controlling my portion size and eating before going to bed or too late at night. However, if I do snack before bedtime or eat a lot, I try to only eat healthy snacks. My guilty pleasure lately has been Honey Nut Cheerios and Nutrigrain bars. By only having healthy snacks/foods at home, it prevents you from gaining too much weight.
