I received a Restaurant.com gift card for this post. This post was made possible by Mom Spark Media. All thoughts are my own.
My husband and I are lucky if we get a date night once a month. Either we’re too busy or too tired to figure out the logistics of dinner and a babysitter. While we like national chain restaurants because the menus are the same anywhere you go, we also love locally owned Atlanta restaurants. In fact, we’re still trying to find a babysitter for Sunday so we can go to brunch. (Any volunteers?) To save money, check out Restaurant.com for discount offers at local restaurants you’ll love to talk about. Wait until you hear what you can win for National Dine Out Week.

I get better service at the locally owned restaurants. I’m not saying I get *bad* service at chains, just that I get *better* service locally.
I love Restaurant.com! I will definitely check this out!
I have used these before, you can get some great deals!
Restaurant.com is great–I will be using them to buy Christmas presents again this year 🙂
what a fun sweepstakes! We ate out Monday! We rarely eat out – with 5 kids it gets pricey! I will have to look into restaurant.com
We love restaurant.com and have 2 certificates at the ready for our next date night.
I think that most local chains add a more personal touch than national chains. They want to get to know their customers opposeto some national chains.
The thing I love about local restaurants is that they are community minded. They love their patrons, and it shows. There are a wealth of restaurants with varied palates, for whatever craving you need. If I won, I’d go on an Atlanta Eats Tour, to visit about 7 places covered on the show.

Great Giveaway!! I noticed about local restaurants are that since they may not be well known they try their best to provide their customers with impeccable service! Not taking anything away from nationally known restaurants but everyone has to start somewhere. I prefer the local and the national restaurants 🙂
Honestly the food is better at locally owned restaurants and I love that they take the time to learn our name. My kids love the homy atmosphere.
