What Keeps You from Getting a Good Night’s Rest? #CleverZZZQuil

See how well my son is sleeping in that picture I took when he was about six months old? It’s cute, right? He fell asleep in his car seat holding on to his toe and I couldn’t help but snap a picture. In the last two years he’s gotten plenty of rest, but I haven’t gotten a good night’s rest. Neither has my husband.

Getting a good night’s rest hasn’t been possible for me since I was in my third trimester of my pregnancy. Back then I couldn’t take anything over the counter to help me fall asleep or stay asleep. I spent my wakeful overnight hours on the internet and watching bad cable TV.

Now that A.J.’s two years old, I’m still not sleeping well. I’m juggling a lot since I work from home. I’ve got to be sharp during the day to care for him and handle my client’s requests for video and social media.

In this video I explain what’s keeping me from getting a good night’s rest.
