I remember going door-to-door as a dressed-up child for Halloween, but it seems like those days are long gone. In Atlanta, I’ve noticed there are neighborhoods that are known for active celebrations with candy being handed out. There are also older neighborhoods with fewer kids, so adults rarely hand out candy. Not to be a Debbie Downer, but some parents don’t feel safe going door-to-door with their kids anymore. Add to that combination – Atlanta’s Halloween Night 2019 looks like it’ll be rainy and stormy.
