People want to know what other people say about you, not just what you say about you. That’s why review sites like Citysearch, Yelp and Urbanspoon are so popular. Written testimonials are great. Video testimonials are even more powerful because you can see and hear a customer rave about something. That’s one reason why I love producing testimonial videos for my clients and encourage them to use them as a promotional tool.
