On holidays like Thanksgiving I will put my cooking skills to use since there are so many people around to eat what I make. Day to day cooking is not my specialty. Since we’re all trying to live healthier lives you’re probably looking to cut back on calories and fat. Here’s a super simple recipe for candied sweet potatoes made with Country Crock with 0 grams of trans fat. Makes you feel a little less guilty about the sugar that makes this delicious.

Candied Sweet Potato Recipe
Ingredients: (this is an estimate since I didn’t measure anything, so season to your own taste) 4 large sweet potatoes 1 cup sugar 6-8 teaspoons of Country Crock 1 tablespoons cinnamon 2 teaspoons of nutmeg Boil or bake sweet potatoes until they’re soft and the peel comes off easily. Rinse potatoes in cold water, peel off the potato skin, slice them in an 8×8 dish. Between each layer of sweet potatoes, sprinkle sugar/cinnamon/nutmeg/Country Crock.
