Buying products locally like Ashley Wallis of Aqua Blossom Bath & Beauty. About 75% of the products she uses from a supplier in Georgia which saves time, money and fuel because the products don’t have to be shipped to her.

Teaching babywearing classes in her neighborhood and using energy-efficient light bulbs in her home is how Lisa Baker of Organic Baby Atlanta stays green.

Natalie Akpele of Cuddlebuggs Nanny Placement & Newborn Care works from home as much as she can to save time and fuel. She also schedules phone consultations, if possible, so she doesn’t have to drive to all over Atlanta meeting clients.

Two ways I work to keep Mommy Talk Show green or eco-friendly is to re-use paper and refill my ink cartridges on my printer instead of buying new ones every time they run out.
