[VIDEO] Chiropractic care can benefit expectant moms and newborns

Dr. April Warhola of the Cafe of Life Grant Park  Chiropractic Center in Atlanta has a passion for treating expectant moms and newborns  – even entire families. I first met her when I was pregnant with A.J. in 2010 and had a hard time adjusting to how the 35 pound weight gain was affecting my joints.

In this video, Dr. April explains the relief moms and babies can find after they’re adjusted by a qualified chiropractor:

One of the reasons I asked Dr. April to host the premiere of Mommy Talk Show at her Grant Park location is because it was such a welcoming and calming experience during my pregnancy. I’ve learned so much about chiropractic care from her and through research.  Allergies, skin conditions, tension and an array of conditions can be relieved through regular chiropractic care.

If you have questions about chiropractors, watch my other interview with Dr. April on how to find a good chiropractor for your family including online resources to find one no matter where you live.

Comment below: Were you or someone you know under a chiropractor’s care during their pregnancy? Were there any benefits from the adjustments?
