Vegetarian, Gluten-Free and Non-Dairy Options at Uncle Maddio’s Pizza in Buckhead

Kids = pizza = joy at the dinner table

Due to A.J.’s milk allergies, I was prepared to order him a cheese-less pizza at Uncle Maddio’s in Buckhead for the opening weekend. Then low & behold my husband noticed the goat cheese option on the menu. A.J. eats goats milk yogurt every morning, so I knew he’d enjoy it and it wouldn’t upset his stomach.

About Uncle Maddio’s

Uncle Maddio’s in a neighborhood pizza joint that prides itself on fresh ingredients and have it your way pizzas.

With over 47 toppings, 3 crusts, 6 sauces, and 7 cheeses, including vegan and gluten-free pizza options, the possibilities for delicious and healthy pizzas are ENDLESS. You build it, we bake it.

We ordered A.J. a wheat crust personal pizza with tomato basil sauce, spinach, goat cheese & pepperoni. He was elated to eat pizza even though he was fighting a cold.

I ordered a traditional crust pizza with tomato basil sauce, sweet sausage, green onions and red peppers. It looked so good, I ate one slice before I remembered I needed to take a picture to write this review.

Hey Mallery – Uncle Maddio’s has wheat crusts, too. I like to order mine extra crispy. They come in kid’s sizes, too, so I can feel a little bit better about letting my kid eat pizza!
