Video Review: Fun for Toddlers at the Georgia Aquarium

Video: A.J.’s Visit to the Georgia Aquarium

When we stopped by the Georgia Aquarium last week, A.J. has a blast talking to the scuba diver inside one of the tanks.
Thankfully, the guide Janan Henry, was patient and engaging with him as well as another two year old who was visiting.

Membership to the Georgia Aquarium

Thanks to my AAA membership, I purchased an annual pass to the Aquarium for $59.99 (Regular: $64.99). With three visits, the membership pays for itself. My membership also allowed us to purchase my Mom’s senior ticket for a discounted rate.

I created a Flickr Gallery with photos of A.J. & my Mother visiting the aquarium.

  1. We have not been because I can’t justify the cost of it. Maybe if we can get them cheaper I will go one day. He looks so cute though in the video

    • Kita,
I understand what you say about the cost.
I’ve found most annual memberships, while expensive, are the best way to get the most for your money.
We also don’t eat at venues like this. I’m not embarrassed to say I bring A.J.’s lunch or a very large snack to save money.

  2. Girl please, that’s a requirement when you’re a Mom. I used to bring my son’s lunch and/or snacks wherever we went whether Disney World or the local Aquarium. Those parks get you with the food upsell. And those annual passes come in handy when you want to get out and do something but don’t want to or have the money to spend.

    • You’re too funny.
Yes, I bring his food everywhere to avoid spending $6-8 bucks on chicken and fries that he’s going to mess over.
My next move is an Atlanta Zoo family pass. But the zoo is only good in the fall & spring, otherwise it’s too hot.

  3. Too cute!! He seems more enamored with the mic than the fish!! He’s a natural!
Yes I agree that the memberships almost always seem to be a better deal! I ‘m loving our family membership with the ATL Zoo – that I got for even less b/c it was on Half Off Depot!

  4. That was just too cute!!!!

  5. That was totally awesome and adorable.
