The trends and traditions of Motherhood across the globe are the focus of a new website, Mom-Voyage.com. International parenting bloggers contribute stories about birth and “babyhood” based on where they live, including the Netherlands, France, Britain, Holland, Japan, China and Australia.  When I looked around Mom-Voyage.com I immediately recognized one of the contributors, Lindsey Paris, a fellow Atlanta Ga. blogger.

Mom Voyage

Much of the site’s current content focuses on pregnancy and new mothers. I’d like to see how the content expands to toddlers, tweens and teens. One of the most informative posts was “Maternity Leave Around the World” featuring the disparity between the U.S. and other nations in terms of paid/unpaid leave for moms and dads. You can also learn the international differences when it comes to baby naming and baby showers.
