Yum! It’s Time for Taste of Atlanta 2015 #TasteATL

Just when I’d finally started doing a better job staying hydrated and began to master mocktails, I received a media pass to attend Taste of Atlanta. The annual event brings together more than 90 of Atlanta restaurants in one central location for a tantalizing tour of what they offer. See the full list of restaurants you can sample at Taste of Atlanta, then keep reading for everything you need to know to get to Midtown Atlanta and my fashion advice for this fall festival.

Taste of Atlanta 2015

Dates: Friday, September 25- Sunday, September 27, 2015

Times: 11 a.m. opening

Cost:  VIP (as of today is sold out). Learn more about purchasing tickets and using the wristband system.

Location: Midtown at Tech Square

Transportation: Taste of Atlanta attendees will visit the eight city block area from 5th Street to Techwood, West Peachtree Street and Spring Street from Biltmore Place to Armstead Place.  MARTA – Avoid Traffic and Take MARTA to the North Avenue Station. One-way fare is $2.50. Visit MARTA for more information. The main gate to the festival is at West Peachtree and 5th St. Insider Tip: Walking north on West Peachtree, turn left on 4th St. and enter at the 4th St./Spring St. gate. It’s a smaller gate, but there is a good chance it will be less crowded.

To prepare for what I’m wear this weekend, I created a suggestion list for Fall Festival Fashion, especially if you’d like to stay warm and comfortable.

Wristband Technology at Taste of Atlanta

“When you purchase your ticket, you will receive a wristband in the mail that is pre-loaded with 10 Taste Points as part of your ticket package.” You can add additional 10 point increments at Taste Point Top Up stations throughout the festival area.

What to Wear to Taste of Atlanta

Warmth and comfort are key for attending outdoor events, so here’s my recommendations for Fall Festival Fashion.
